Easy Cabbage and Bell Peppers Salad is made of delicious fresh vegetables, herbs, sprouts and mushrooms.
Ingredients
- 1/2 small red cabbage, cut into rectangles of 1 inch by 1/2 inch
- 1/2 small white cabbage, cut into coarse cubes & rectangles
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cubed into 1 inch by 1/2 inch
- 1 red bell pepper, cubed into 1 inch by 1/2 inch
- 3 celery stalks, cubed into 1/2 inches
- 1 cup fresh bean sprouts, fresh & whole
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped parsley leaves
- 1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons oil
Instructions
Mix together. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour before serving.
